Biography
Neil Fridman, JD, MBA is a senior corporate and real estate attorney. As the Managing Partner of the Fridman Law Firm PLLC, he has represented companies ranging from startups to multinationals, along with funds and individual and institutional investors.
Mr. Fridman counsels on entity formation and structuring, seed and venture capital financing, joint venture and strategic partnering relationships, employment, equity plans, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and, together with outside counsel, protection and licensing of intellectual property.
Prior to forming Fridman Law Firm PLLC, Mr. Fridman was an associate in the Corporate practice of Wachtel Missry LLP in the firm's New York office. His practice focused on representing clients in a wide array of corporate matters, including joint ventures, partnerships, restructurings, and commercial real estate transactions. He was also previously an investment banker and has experience including capital advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
Mr. Fridman previously worked at Rabobank Group, an international financial services firm. During his time at Rabobank, Mr. Fridman specialized in Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, and Renewable Energy & Infrastructure Finance (REIF).
