Why We Care

At Fridman Law Firm, business is in our blood. As survivors of the Holocaust, founder Neil Fridman’s grandparents came to the United States and built a life as successful, self-made entrepreneurs. With that passion and drive in his DNA, Neil committed to eventually building a business of his own.

After working on Wall Street as an investment banker for several years, he decided to blend his finance experience with his legal background to help founders—like himself—navigate the in’s and out’s of the startup world. From early-stage financing to intellectual property protection, he and his team serve as experienced advisors for companies at all stages to help them realize success.
